Terms of Service

By accessing or using BrewEdge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

BrewEdge is a personal coffee brewing assistant. You may use it to:

• Generate AI-powered brew guidance and recipes.
• Analyse your extraction data and tasting notes.
• Save and review your personal brew history.

You may not use BrewEdge to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
• Share account credentials with others.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@brewedge.ie if you suspect unauthorised access.

Access to AI-powered brew features (guided recipes and extraction analysis) requires an active paid subscription. The following plans are currently available:

• Weekly — €3.00 per week, billed weekly in advance.
• Monthly — €9.99 per month, billed monthly in advance.
• Business — custom pricing on request; contact hello@brewedge.ie.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate and interval of your chosen plan. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period unless required by applicable consumer law.

Free tier. A free account grants access to the Coffee Wiki and brew history viewer. AI brew features are not available on the free tier.

Usage limits. Paid plans include up to 5 AI-assisted brews per day. Business plans carry higher limits as agreed at sign-up. BrewEdge reserves the right to adjust limits with reasonable advance notice.

Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Brew guidance and analysis produced by BrewEdge is generated by AI and provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results are based on the inputs you provide and may not be accurate for all equipment, water, or coffee combinations. BrewEdge does not guarantee any specific outcome from following its recommendations.

The BrewEdge name, logo, and underlying software are owned by BrewEdge. Your brew data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you input into the service.

We aim to keep BrewEdge available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

BrewEdge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
